Abstract
Population increasing in our country as all over theworld brought housing need. Unconscious developing residential areas cause tothe wrong land use, concretion, and ecological, economic and culturaldistortions. In order to prevent the formation of problematic areas in thecity's urban growth and to gain again the distorted areas, urban renewal anddevelopment area projects can be applied according to the Article 73 ofMunicipal Law dated as 13.07.2005 with the number of 25874. For this purpose, many distorted places renovated in Turkey and living standards and visualquality were raised. Efendibey Quarter located in the municipality of Niğde hasbecome one of the city's debris fields of urban sprawl along with themigrations. Efendibey Quarter was included in the urban renewal in 2012 and itwas projected to be a recreation area with its 240,000 m2 of 121 hectares area. The aim of this study is to examine project in terms of landscape design andplanning principles which is the first for Niğde and to ensure resource guidesfor future projects. In the scope of the study, the transformation area wasexamined in terms of the aims of the urban transformation studies. As a result,it has been reached that the converted area will enable the people of theregion to live in a healthier environment and Niğde will provide quite positivedevelopments in terms of the identity of the city. I would like to express mygratitude to Niğde Municipality and Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry HousingDevelopment Administration for their support of this area with theirphotographs and projects.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
