Le présent rapport d’étude a été préparé sous la direction de M. Antonio Pedro, Directeur du Bureau sous-régional de la Commission économique pour l’Afrique en Afrique centrale. Mme Mama Keita, Cheffe de la Section des politiques de diversification économique et des réformes dudit Bureau a assuré la coordination, la supervision technique et la revue des différentes parties du rapport. Les principaux auteurs du document sont les suivants : M. Issouf Soumaré de l’Université Laval au Canada, a rédigé l’ensemble du rapport à l’exception de la première partie. Celle-ci a été préparée par M. Abdulrahman Sowe, allocataire de recherche au Bureau sous-régional de la CEA en Afrique centrale. M. Julian R. Slotman du même Bureau a formulé des remarques dans la perspective de l’amélioration de ce travail. Les experts ayant pris part à la trente-quatrième session du Comité intergouvernemental d’experts (CIE) pour l’Afrique centrale, à Ndjamena du 18 au 21 Septembre 2018, ont examiné le document, fait des observations et formulé des recommandations dans le sens de l’enrichissement du document. M. Paul Aimé Ekoumbamaka, doctorant en Lettres et Arts de l’Université de Lyon II (France) a procédé à la relecture du document. L’édition finale, la conception graphique, et l’impression ont été réalisées par la section des publications de la CEA, sous la coordination de M. Demba Diarra, Chef de ladite section. Qu’il nous soit donc permis d’exprimer notre gratitude à tous ceux qui ont contribué à la finalisation de ce rapport.
