Abstract
Rury Al Varest Audina (2024) : Komunikasi Interpersonal Anggota Komunitas NCTZEN Pekanbaru dalam Menghadapi Problematika Fase Quarter Life Crisis. Transisi menuju tahap dewasa awal sering membawa tanggung jawab serta pilihan – pilihan baru dalam hidup yang memaksa individu agar dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat, sehingga membuat individu merasa tertekan dengan hidupnya. Tekanan ini menjadi pemicu timbulnya perasaan negatif yang menjadi sumber problematika serta krisis pada diri, dan fase ini disebut dengan quarter life crisis. Quarter life crisis membuat individu cenderung bercerita dengan masalah yang dihadapinya. Maka, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh anggota komunitas NCTZEN Pekanbaru dalam menghadapi problematika fase quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, serta menggunakan teori komunikasi interpersonal Devito dan teori quarter life crisis Robbins dan Wilner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perilaku komunikasi interpersonal oleh komunitas NCTZEN Pekanbaru dalam menghadapi quarter life crisis menunjukkan adanya pertukaran sikap positif antara dua pihak yang saling membutuhkan serta saling percaya. Sikap positif ini terlihat melalui bentuk verbal dan juga non verbal. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Dewasa Awal, Problematika, Quarter Life Crisis
