Abstract
Par une interprétation municipaliste de la réalité sociale, cette recherche tente d’approfondir la pertinence des concepts de droit à la ville et de municipalisme libertaire dans l’analyse de problématiques urbaines. Se situant à l’interstice des questionnements portant sur les reformulations contemporaines de ces concepts dans une perspective d’amenuisement de leur potentiel critique et radical, le développement d’outils conceptuels proche de leurs fondements originelles ambitionne de saisir certains phénomènes politiques, dans une optique de réactualisation de ce bagage théorique. Via la mobilisation de l’observation participante par une séance d’audience publique et la réalisation d’entretiens semi-dirigés au coeur du mouvement citoyen d’opposition au troisième lien dans le quartier Saint-Roch à Québec, nous proposons un examen des principaux arguments justifiant cette opposition, ainsi qu’une analyse à tendance municipaliste de ce discours. \n_____________________________________________________________________________ \nMOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : Troisième lien, Saint-Roch, droit à la ville, municipalisme libertaire, urbain, participation citoyenne.
