Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

\n \nTHE EFFECT OF A-PIK (ANTIDEMENTIA) EXERCISE ON THE COGNITIVE FUNCTION IN PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA \n \nThe aging process in the elderly has an impact on health problems. One of the functions affected is cognitive function. This research aims at finding out the effect of A-Pik exercise on cognitive function in people with dementia (ODD). This research employed a Pre Experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling technique employed in this research was purposive sampling with a total sample of 22 elderly suffering from mild dementia. The instrument used in this research was the Indonesian version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) test to measure cognitive function adopted from (Husein, Lumempouw, Ramli, & Herqutanto, 2010). In the research analysis, the paired sample T-test was used in SPSS version 25, which showed a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05 to make the H1 accepted. It can be concluded that A-Pik exercise affected cognitive function in people with dementia. As a recommendation, further research is expected to employ a relatively large number of respondents to compare the effects of A-Pik (Antidementia) exercise with other variables and to use a true experimental research design. This A-Pik exercise can be used as an option for routine exercise for the elderly.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
