Jeg har i denne studien sett på pedagogisk utviklingsarbeid i Porsgrunnskolen. I 2015 startet Porsgrunn kommune sammen med KS oppen pilot med skolevandringsprosjektet TIDE. TIDE er basert på en modell fra Ontario, Canada og er hentet til Norge gjennom et samarbeid med Dr. Beverly Freedman.Skjer det organisasjonslæringpå skolenivå nårskoleeierhenter inn en ny modell for pedagogisk utviklingsarbeid?Hva kaneventuelt være med påå forklare hvorfor dette arbeidet kan væreutfordrende?Oppgaven harfølgende to-delte problemstilling:1.I hvilken grad bidrar skolevandringsverktøyet TIDE til at skoleledere i Porsgrunnskolen har påvirket skolene i retning av en lærende organisasjon?2.Hva er det som eventuelt kan forklare hvorfor det kan værevanskelig å få tilendring i retning av en lærende organisasjon ved hjelp av TIDEi Porsgrunn kommune?Studien er gjennomført med et kvalitativt design, med intervjuer av fem skoleledere i Porsgrunnskolen. Det teoretiske grunnlaget for organisasjonslæring er Senges 5 disipliner og for å forstå adferd i organisasjoner er teorigrunnlaget Bolmann &Deal sinmodell. Studienviser at TIDE kan føre til påvirkning i retning av organisasjonslæringpå skoler, men at det er store forskjellermellom skolene. Hoved utfordringene med å få til endring ved hjelp av TIDE vises innenfor rammene struktur og politikk i Bolamnn &Deal sin modell. Dette er områder som i stor grad handler om ledelseavpedagogiskutviklingsarbeid. I studiens avslutningskapittelblir det presentert en modell med mulige årsaker til atutviklingsprosjektet har vært krevende og forslag til tiltak innenfor hver av de fire rammene i modellentil Bolmann &Deal.
