Abstract
El proyecto de titulación parte de la solicitud presentada por parte del GAD Parroquial de Sinincay a la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Cuenca. \nEsta solicitud se fundamenta en la identificación de problemáticas en el mercado actual, el cual, al encontrarse ubicado en un área designada como plaza, no cumple con los estándares establecidos por el INEN 2013, Mercados saludables. \nPor lo tanto, se plantea el diseño del “Anteproyecto Arquitectónico del Nuevo Mercado”, el cual promueve el desarrollo social, cultural y económico de la zona. El proyecto se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos, en el primer capítulo se abordan los antecedentes históricos y teóricos de la parroquia Sinincay. Luego, en el capítulo dos se realiza el análisis de casos de estudio con el fin de identificar criterios de valoración en cuanto a aspectos formales, funcionales y constructivos. Posteriormente, en el capítulo tres se efectúa el análisis de sitio a nivel de la parroquia Sinincay, radio de influencia de 800 metros y nivel de manzana - predio para definir las características importantes del terreno. Por último, en el capítulo cuatro se realiza el conjunto de planos del anteproyecto arquitectónico del mercado que muestrane spacios funcionales para intercambio comercial.
