Bērnības vardarbības pieredzes, traumas simptomu un aleksitīmijas saistība 20-25 gadus vecām sievietēm

Abstract
Maģistra darbā tika pētīta bērnības vardarbības pieredzes saistība ar aleksitīmijas līmeni un traumas simptomiem sievietēm. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv atšķirības aleksitīmijas līmenī, ja sievietēm ir dažāda bērnības vardarbības pieredze, kuras traumas simptomu skalas korelē ar aleksitīmijas rādītājiem, ja sievietēm ir dažāda bērnības vardarbības pieredze, kā arī vai pastāv atšķirības traumas simptomu skalās sievietēm ar dažādu bērnības vardarbības pieredzi. Pētījumā tika veidotas 3 grupas, katrā tika iekļautas 30 studējošas sievietes vecumā no 20-25 gadiem. 1 grupā tika iekļautas sievietes ar bērnībā piedzīvotu emocionālas vardarbības pieredzi, 1 grupā sievietes ar bērnībā piedzīvotas fiziskas un emocionālas vardarbības pieredzi, 1 grupā sievietes bez bērnības vardarbības pieredzes. \nPētījuma datu ievākšanai tika izmantota demogrāfisko datu anketa, Bērnības vardarbības pieredzes aptauja - Childhood Abuse History Questionnaire (CAHQ), Traumas simptomu aptauja - Trauma Symptom Inventory (TSI), Toronto aleksitīmijas skala - Twenty – Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20). \nTika secināts, ka nepastāv atšķirības aleksitīmijas līmenī sievietēm ar dažādu bērnības vardarbības pieredzi. Grupā ar vienlaicīgas fiziskās un emocionālās vardarbības pieredzi bērnībā ir augstāki rezultāti traumas simptomu skalās: seksuālas problēmas, identitātes neskaidrība, PTS izvairīšanās no traumas.
