El objetivo de este proyecto tiene como fin principal diseñar e implementar un 
\nsistema automatizado utilizando un PLC y una pantalla HMI para controlar y 
\nmonitorizar la distribución de agua purificada en el Laboratorio Farmacéutico 
\nMarkos S.A – Lima, para hacerlo más eficiente. 
\nEsta investigación surge debido a que en la actualidad el laboratorio 
\nFarmacéutico Markos S.A carece de un adecuado sistema de distribución de 
\nagua purificada a las área de fabricación, al carecer de un sistema eficiente para 
\nllevar a cabo esta tarea muy importante, se pierde mucho tiempo y por ende 
\ndinero. 
\nPara lograr nuestro objetivo se diseñó el sistema de control utilizando el PLC 
\nV1040 OPLCs, Sensor ultrasónico microsonic mic +130/XX/TC, Caudalímetro 
\nGery Anderson MOD. KTP, modelo Ktp 1.0 BPBTAI-010, controlador de 
\nconductividad seleccionado es el BL-983320 y la sonda HI 7634-00 de la marca 
\nHanna Instruments, 2 bombas de impulsión marca SALSOM de 4 etapas de 2200 
\nWatts, variador de velocidad VFD- 037E23A de DELTA ELECTRONICS, Chiller 
\nmarca Alfa Laval, modelo M6-MBASE, lámpara UV marca Vicua modelo SC-
\n600/2; y el sistema de supervisión se realizó utilizando el software Visilogic 1.7.9 
\nde Unitronics. 
\nFinalmente se pudo concluir que la investigación realizada nos permitió mejorar 
\ny demostrar que la implementación de sistema automatizado utilizando un PLC 
\ny una pantalla HMI para controlar y monitorizar la distribución de agua purificada 
\nen el Laboratorio Farmacéutico Markos S.A – Lima. Nos permite acelerar el 
\nproceso de fabricación de los productos y la calidad de estos.
