Les attributs de la lumire, y compris l'intensit et la qualit, jouent un rle crucial dans la rgulation des changes gazeux entre une feuille et son environnement environnant en influenant le comportement stomatique.Comprendre comment les stomates ragissent diffrentes conditions d'clairage reste un domaine de recherche intrigant.Avec les progrs des diodes lectroluminescentes (DEL), il est dsormais possible d'tudier les rponses des plantes des rgions spcifiques du spectre lumineux.La rgulation stomatique est essentielle pour maintenir un quilibre entre le besoin de photosynthse de la plante et la prvention d'une perte excessive en eau.Alors que les rponses stomatiques aux lumires rouges et bleues ont t largement tudies, les effets de la lumire verte sur le comportement stomatique restent largement inexplors.Le contrle de la fonction stomatique des lgumes-feuilles pendant l'entreposage post-rcolte est crucial pour viter la perte excessive d'eau et le fltrissement qui affectent la commercialisation.Cette recherche visait tudier la rponse l'ouverture stomatique de la laitue (Lactuca sativa) et du basilic (Ocimum basilicum) diffrentes qualits de lumire (430 nm, 630 nm, 500 nm, 530 nm, 560 nm) et quantit (50 mol m -2 s -1 , 75 mol m -2 s -1 , 100 mol m -2 s -1 , 400 mol m -2 s -1 de densit de flux de photons photosynthtiques (PPFD)), et pour identifier les longueurs d'onde qui induisent la fermeture des stomates.Nos donnes rvlent que l'ouverture des stomates en rponse diffrentes longueurs d'onde dpend de l'intensit lumineuse.Dans la plupart des traitements la lumire bleue et rouge, l'ouverture des stomates a augment la fois sur les surfaces abaxiale et adaxiale des feuilles.Cependant, sous lumire verte (530 nm et 560 nm), en particulier des PPFD infrieurs, l'ouverture stomatique tait rduite.Ces rsultats soulignent l'efficacit de la lumire verte (530 nm et 560 nm) dans le maintien de la fermeture stomatique par rapport aux autres spectres lumineux.L'utilisation de la lumire verte pendant l'entreposage post-rcolte peut aider efficacement prserver la qualit et prolonger la dure de conservation des lgumes-feuilles.En conclusion, cette tude met en lumire l'influence de la qualit et de la quantit de la lumire sur le comportement stomatique de la laitue et du basilic.Il met en vidence l'importance de la lumire verte de faible intensit dans la rgulation de la fermeture des stomates et fournit des informations prcieuses pour maintenir la qualit post-rcolte et prolonger la dure de conservation des lgumes feuilles.my life.I am truly grateful for the memories we have created and the support you have provided.Furthermore, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my parents for their understanding throughout this journey.Thank you for tolerating the physical distance and for always being there for me, providing emotional support and guidance.And last, but certainly not least, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my dear husband, Ehsan.Your continuous love, support, understanding, and patience have been the bedrock of my achievements.Thank you for bringing balance and peace to my life and for being my unwavering source of strength.I am eternally grateful for your presence and for the two precious gifts we have been blessed with, Shahab and Shayna.They are the embodiment of joy and wonder, and through them, I have learned the true meaning of what is truly important in life.Finally, I would like
