Abstract
Il contributo mette in luce le caratteristiche degli interventi di recupero orientati alla rigenerazione urbana con alcuni esempi e metodologie in Europa. Nelle parti finali del contributo si riprendono alcuni esiti del lavoro di pianificazione partecipata svolta e descritta nel primo contributo contenuto nelle prefazioni del volume e si conclude con la indicazione di un percorso di possibile inquadramento di azioni ed interventi di settori eterogenei e integrati in una unica visione di valore urbano e metropolitano. Il percorso indicato è incardinato nel flusso di un lento cambiamento e di testimonianza di una innovazione sociale che, nonostante la riconquista del Palazzo e delle politiche di strategie di espansione della sfera del dominio pubblico all'interno di blocco privato a organizzazione privata, tetragona ad ogni apertura. Il cambiamento della rigenerazione urbana è presente ma resta ancora sotto traccia, quasi sommersa dalla quotidiana e progressiva perdita del senso e del valore del bene collettivo.
