Masalah dalam penelitian adalah fase quarter life crisis yang tinggi dialami mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 431 mahasiswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakaan skala self efficacy dan skala quarter life crisis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi sejumlah -0,611 dengan nilai sig. = 0.000 (p<0.05), yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang negatif antara self efficacy dengan quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Semakin tinggi self efficacy maka semakin rendah quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung. Kata Kunci: self efficacy, quarter life crisis, mahasiswa tingkat akhir. The problem in the study is the high quarter life crisis phase experienced by final year students. This study aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in final year students of the Department of Education, University of Lampung. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The research population was 431 students and the research sample was 81 final year students of the Department of Education Science who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a self efficacy scale and a quarter life crisis scale. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of hypothesis testing in this study obtained the results of the correlation coefficient value of -0.611 with a sig value. = 0.000 (p<0.05), which indicates that there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and quarter life crisis in final year students of the Department of Education, University of Lampung. The higher the self efficacy, the lower the quarter life crisis in final year students of the Department of Education, University of Lampung.
