Individu masa dewasa awal banyak melakukan eksplorasi dan bereksperimen dengan kehidupannya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan ketidakstabilan dalam berbagai hal dan bidang kehidupan yang disebabkan banyaknya tuntutan dan perubahan yang dapat menyebabkan kebingungan dan ketidakpastian dalam hidup. Kebingungan dan ketidakpastian memunculkan krisis yang disebut sebagai quarter life crisis, dicirikan dengan muncul keraguan terhadap masa depan. Adanya krisis dapat diminimalkan dengan adanya dukungan sosial khususnya dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan diantara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat quarter life crisis pada individu dewasa awal di Semarang. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat quarter life crisis pada dewasa awal di Semarang. Teknik sampling penelitian ialah insidental sampling. Kriteria responden berusia 20-28 tahun dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 140 orang. Pengisian skala menggunakan Google Form. Alat ukur dukungan keluarga disusun oleh peneliti berdasar aspek dukungan keluarga menurut Thoits (dalam Friedman), sedangkan alat ukur quarter life crisis berdasar aspek quarter life crisis oleh Robbins dan Wilner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat quarter life crisis dengan r=-0,432 (p=0,000). Artinya individu yang memperoleh dukungan keluarga yang tinggi akan diikuti dengan semakin rendahnya tingkat quarter life crisis yang dialami, dan sebaliknya.
