Penyusunan Modul Growth Mindset untuk Individu yang Mengalami Quarter Life Crisis dalam Aspek Karier

Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis dalam aspek \nkarier. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh individu adalah individu merasa kebingungan \nuntuk dapat menetapkan jalur karier yang diinginkan. Individu mengalami hambatan untuk \ndapat melakukan eksplorasi mengenai jalur karier. Hal yang mendasari permasalahan ini \nadalah individu memiliki fixed mindset dalam diri yang menghambat individu untuk dapat \nbertumbuh dan mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dalam aspek karier. Penelitian ini akan \nmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma social constructivism. Penelitian ini \njuga akan mengunakan metode research and development untuk menghasilkan produk \nmodul untuk membantu individu yang mengalami quarter life crisis dapat berlatih \nmengembangkan growth mindset. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga individu yang \nberusia 25 hingga 30 tahun dan mengalami quarter life crisis dalam aspek karier dengan \ntingkat quarter life crisis pada tingkat tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. membantu individu yang \nmengalami quarter life crisis dapat berlatih mengembangkan growth mindset. Peneliti \nmelakukan wawancara terstruktur pada partisipan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis \ntematik diperoleh 3 kategori, yaitu tidak dapat menentukan jalur karier yang diinginkan, \nmemiliki distorsi kognitif, dan mengalami stagnasi dalam kehidupan. Hasil analisis \nwawancara ini menjadi dasar untuk penyusunan modul yang menyasar ranah kognitif, \nafektif, dan skill. Peneliti juga melakukan uji pakar dan uji pemakaian modul setelah \nmelakukan penyusunan modul. Berdasarkan hasil uji pakar dan uji pemakaian modul \nkepada partisipan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul dapat membantu individu yang \nmengalami quarter life crisis dalam aspek karier untuk dapat berlatih mengembangkan \ngrowth mindset.
