Abstract
Os motivos que me levaram a escolher este local de estágio foram: o estar relacionado com o curso, o gosto pela natureza, o ir conhecer uma nova localidade e uma nova cultura, conhecer novas pessoas e a oportunidade de usufruir de novas experiências. Na associação em causa, realizei um estágio com a duração de três meses e meio, com o início em 25 de Junho e término em 5 de Novembro do corrente ano. Ocorrendo um interregno no estágio durante o mês de Agosto, devido a férias da associação. Este relatório fundamenta-se nas experiências que vivenciei, relativamente às actividades que desenvolvi ao longo do estágio. Nas duas primeiras semanas, tive a oportunidade de usufruir de um período de adaptação, tanto para com as pessoas que trabalham na associação Desnível, que tive de conhecer, como em relação ao material a usar, que ao longo do estágio fui aprendendo e relembrando como utilizá-lo. Relativamente à estrutura do relatório, este apresenta-se organizado da seguinte forma: na primeira parte apresento uma breve caracterização de Cascais, seguido de uma caracterização sumária da entidade de estágio e descrição das principais modalidades que desenvolve. Na segunda parte exponho as actividades realizadas ao longo do estágio. Por fim, na terceira e última parte, apresento as considerações finais, numa reflexão pessoal e conclusão do relatório.
