Este “Seminario-Taller de Formación de Capacitadores en Gestión de emprendimientos de la Economía Social y Solidaria” es una experiencia que compartimos, entre marzo y julio de 2011, diversas organizaciones que desarrollamos procesos de economía solidaria en la provincia de Buenos Aires. Se propuso en la voz de los docentes María M. Urrutia, Bettina García Laval y Sebastián Terrero. La organización y financiamiento estuvo a cargo de Fuerza Solidaria, fideicomiso del Banco Provincia y Ministerio de Desarrollo Social provincial. El diseño del programa, la implementación y el armado de los materiales fue responsabilidad de La Eulogia, Cooperativa de gestores públicos fundamentalmente dedicada a la capacitación y asistencia técnica en temáticas de economía social y educación popular. La idea es analizar y sistematizar de qué modo esta experiencia, que nos permitió transitar una nueva manera de vincular saberes, capacidades y trayectorias, resulta una contribución para que las organizaciones sociales y áreas estatales que gestionan procesos de capacitación en el campo de la economía solidaria, reescriban modelos de enseñanza /aprendizaje cercanos al saber popular.
