Abstract
ABSTRACT \nThe present study was carried out with the objective of determinin g the "RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND THE CORPORATE IDENTITY OF THE CONTRIBUTORS OF A BUILDING COMPANY OF THE CITY OF TRUJILLO DURING THE FIRST QUARTER OF \nTHE 2016 PERIOD". The correlational descriptive design was used, using as an instrument the technique of the personal survey and using two types of questionnaires for the collection of data for each variable, validated through the application of the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The target population was 22 operational employees of a construction company in the city of Trujillo, to analyze the internal communication existing in the company and the corporate identity they perceive about the company. The results of the research have allowed to analyze the internal communication of the company and to determine the corporate identity that the collaborators of the same perceive, in order to elaborate a proposal to improve the internal communication and that influences in the corporate identity in a favorable way. In this way it has been possible to describe that the existing level of internal communication is regular, because there is not a high degree of identification and membership of the members, nor cooperation between staff and communication is inefficient. This generates poor service and attention to customers, who, by observing the behavior of the staff and experiencing the service they provide, perceive a negative image of the company. Finally, it was verified that there is a significant correlation between internal communication and corporate identity, in the operational collaborators of a construction company. \nKeywords: Internal Communication - Corporate Identity.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
