Lentokoneasentajan harjoittelun kehittäminen Patrialla

Abstract
Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty Patria Aviation Oy:lle, yhteistyössä Mäntän seudun koulutuskeskuksen kanssa, tarkoituksena kehittää lentokoneasentajien harjoittelua Patrialla. Tähän kuuluu niin lentokoneasentajan peruskurssiin kuuluvaa käytännön harjoittelua kuin Patrialla uusien asentajien perehdyttämisen kehittämistä. Harjoittelu tarvitsi parempaa suunnittelua, dokumentointia sekä ohjeita. Näitä kehittämällä saataisiin harjoittelujakso kiinnostavammaksi työ- ja harjoittelupaikaksi niin asentajille kuin opiskelijoillekin sekä kehittäisi omien asentajien perehdyttämistä ja osaamista. \n \nHarjoittelua lähdettiin kehittämään tunnistamalla ensin harjoittelun nykytilanne ja sen ongelmakohdat. Tätä varten haastateltiin työnjohtajia, tuotannon esimiehiä ja muita harjoittelijoista vastuussa olevia henkilöitä Patrialta sekä käytiin keskusteluja myös Mäntän Seudun Koulutuskeskuksen ja Tampereen ammattiopiston kanssa työharjoittelujaksosta. Lisäksi harjoittelijoille sekä heidän ohjaajilleen järjestettiin kysely, jossa selvitettiin heidän näkemyksiään harjoittelujakson onnistumisesta. \n \nNäiden pohjalta harjoittelujaksoon tehtiin asentajille uudet perehdyttämislistat, jotka toimivat myös harjoittelijoille työtehtävälistoina sekä listoille tarkentavat liitteet. Harjoittelijoille tehtiin oma yleisperehdyttämislomake sekä ohje harjoittelujakson suorittamisesta Patrian ohjejärjestelmään. Tämän lisäksi ohjaajille järjestetään työnopastuskoulutus, jolla pyritään parantamaan harjoittelijoiden ohjausta Patrialla. \n \nTyössä onnistuttiin kehittämään harjoittelujaksoa hyvin laajasti ja saamaan siitä paremmin dokumentoitu sekä ohjeistettu kokonaisuus. Kuitenkin työn onnistumisen voi sanoa tarkasti vasta kun uudet listat ja käytännöt ovat otettu käyttöön
