Deux projets d’animation de groupe de codéveloppement professionnel (GCP) accompagnés d’une démarche réflexive ont conduit au développement de savoirs professionnels en animation et à la coconstruction de savoirs de gestion chez les participantes et les participants. Les deux projets ont été menés avec une participation totale de 33 cadres membres de l’ACCQ et se sont déroulés entre novembre 2015 et juin 2016 et entre novembre 2017 et juin 2018. En soutien au développement professionnel des cadres de collèges du Québec membres de l’Association des cadres des collèges du Québec (ACCQ), les stratégies d’animation expérimentées aux étapes de bilan prévues dans la démarche de GCP ont conduit à une nouvelle façon de conclure les rencontres en GCP. Un premier projet a permis de dégager, par une analyse de contenu, des catégories et des indices de transformation repérables dans les apprentissages individuels évoqués par les participantes et les participants. Ces catégories ont été intégrées dans l’élaboration de cartes des apprentissages aux étapes de bilans collectives au deuxième projet. Ce dernier a confirmé la pertinence et l’efficacité d’une stratégie d’énonciation des savoirs de gestion coconstruits par les participantes et les participants, inspirée de la définition des savoirs professionnels retenue dans le cadre du programme de doctorat professionnel. La réalisation des deux projets a contribué au développement de savoirs professionnels d’animation et d’accompagnement. Quelques possibilités de transferts de ces savoirs sont examinées. Un regard réflexif sur l’ensemble des retombées du parcours doctoral quant au développement professionnel de la doctorante complète cet essai.
