Ce mémoire aborde les conceptions française et québécoise du droit à l’égalité, composante du droit national et international de ces deux régions du monde, à l’épreuve de l’éducation inclusive. Par éducation inclusive, il sera étudié le changement de paradigme abordé par les décisions de justice française et québécoise qui conçoivent une nouvelle forme d’éducation pour les élèves en situation de handicap dans les écoles primaires ordinaires.
