Abstract
A presente comunicação foi apresentada no painel « Qualidade da legislação, ação pública e desenvolvimento » cujo objetivo foi apontar os desafios e soluções ao incremento de maior efetividade da legislação face a existência ou não de interação com as políticas públicas conexas. O acesso ao direito vigente e a sua compreensão reclamam novas estratégias na elaboração, disponibilização e publicidade de atos normativos. Em sede de circulação de modelos jurídicos, Brasil e Canadá possuem sistema normativos igualmente complexos, bem como estudos acerca da melhoria da legislação. A necessidade de novos estudos e disciplinas em lawmaking é uma demanda contemporânea. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Elaboração legislativa. Compreensão do direito vigente. Boas práticas. Simplificação. ABSTRACT This paper was presented at the panel discussion “Quality of legislation, public action and development” the objective of which was to point out challenges and solutions for improving the effectivity of legislation depending on interaction with other public policies. Access to existing legislation and it’s understanding need new strategies in elaborating, providing and publishing normative actions. Considering the circulation of juridical models Brazil and Canada both have equally complex legal systems as well as lines of research trying to improve these systems. Even so, the development of new disciplines in legislation and further research activities are a contemporary necessity. KEYWORDS: Lawmakingl. Legistics. Good practice. RESUMÉ C’est ce qui a amené la présentation dans la session “ Qualité de la législation, action publique et développement” concernant les défis et solutions vers l’accroissement de l efficacité de la législation et ses corrélations avec les politiques publiques. L accès au droit en vigueur e sa compréhension exigent des nouvelles stratégies d élaboration, disponibilité et publicité des actes normatifs. Si on parle de la circulation des modelés juridiques, Brésil et Canada ont des systèmes complexes: ce que justifier l’existence de leur recherche dans le domaine de l amélioration de l ordre juridique.
