Abstract
Raikhan Daizona (210003193), Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Agama Islam, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini didasari oleh mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yang memiliki kecemasan akan masa depan yang berlebihan sehingga individu memiliki perasaan tidak tenang akan masa depannya, tidak maksimal dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah sehingga mengurangi kepercayaan diri dan menghargai diri sendiri, serta memiliki emosi yang sulit untuk dikontrol. Mereka juga sulit menyesuaikan diri dengan baik di lingkungan sekitarnya. Dalam situasi ini, biasanya disebut dengan quarter life crisis. Quarter life crisis dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti religiusitas dan dukungan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Ahmad Dahlan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 227 mahasiswa dari total 553 mahasiswa. Penarikan sampel berdasarkan kaidah probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah religiusitas (X1) dan dukungan sosial (X2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah quarter life crisis (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh religiusitas (X1) terhadap quarter life crisis (Y) sebesar 32,9% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Pengaruh dukungan sosial (X2) terhadap quarter life crisis (Y) sebesar 38,6% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan, pengaruh religiusitas (X1) dan dukungan sosial (X2) terhadap quarter life crisis (Y) adalah sebesar 42,1% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%.
