Abstract
Quarter life crisis merupakan kekhawatiran mengenai ketidakjelasan masa depan yang saat ini dirasakan oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Fenomena tersebut disebabkan karena adanya tantangan, tekanan, dan tuntutan dari diri sendiri dan orang di sekitarnya. Quarter life crisis yang tidak diatasi dapat menyebabkan masalah psikologis pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir sehingga perlu ditemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Religiusitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi quarter life crisis dan diyakini berperan dalam menurunkan quarter life crisis. Meskipun diyakini berpengaruh dalam menurunkan quarter life crisis, di sisi lain religiusitas juga dinilai tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap quarter life crisis, sehingga diprediksi terdapat variabel lain yang dapat menguatkan pengaruhnya yaitu kecerdasan emosional. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk melihat apakah kecerdasan emosional berperan sebagai moderator dalam pengaruh religiusitas terhadap quarter life crisis mahasiswa tingkat akhir di UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. \nMetode dalam riset ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Riset ini melibatkan 340 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi sebagai subjeknya. Teknik sampling pada riset ini adalah teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Alat ukur menggunakan skala adopsi variabel religiusitas, quarter life crisis, dan kecerdasan emosional. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis moderated regression analysis (MRA). \nHasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan nilai p pada hasil regresi linear sederhana adalah <0,001 atau (p<0,05) sedangkan nilai p dari hasil analisis MRA adalah 0,121 atau (p>0,05), hal tersebut diartikan bahwasanya religiusitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap quarter life crisis dengan arah negatif, tetapi kecerdasan emosional tidak terbukti mampu memoderatori pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut. Artinya apabila tingkat religiusitas semakin meningkat akan diikuti dengan semakin rendahnya tingkat quarter life crisis, namun kecerdasan emosional tidak memperkuat ataupun memperlemah pengaruh religiusitas terhadap quarter life crisis. Pada kasus ini kecerdasan emosional mungkin tidak cukup dalam meningkatkan dampak dari religiusitas dalam menurunkan quarter life crisis. \n \nKata Kunci: Religiusitas, Quarter Life Crisis, Kecerdasan Emosional
