This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (https://www.elsevier.com/about/our-business/policies/article-withdrawal). This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief because it is in essence a republication of the paper published in IMPC 2016 proceedings, Vol. 8, pp. 5453–5465 (publisher Canadian Institute of Mining Metallurgy and Petroleum) and there is a dispute about the authors listed on this article.
