Abstract
Kolmannen sektorin merkitys hyvinvoinnin lisäämisessä korostuu jatkuvasti julkisen talouden heiketessä. Vapaaehtoistyölle on yhä kasvava tarve ja siksi vapaaehtoistoimintaa on kehitetty voimakkaasti monissa järjestöissä viime aikoina. Jotta vapaaehtoistyö rakentuu kestävälle pohjalle ja toimii tehokkaasti on tärkeää, että sitä ohjaavat vahvat rakenteet. \n \nTämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on kehittää Suomen DELFINS ry:n vapaaehtoista tukihenkilötoimintaa. Suomen DELFINS ry toimii lapsena seksuaalista hyväksikäyttöä kokeneiden aikuisten ja heidän läheistensä tukena. Aktiivisia, soveltuvia tukihenkilöitä on vaikea löytää ja sitouttaa toimintaan. Lapsen seksuaalinen hyväksikäyttö on haastava aihe ja aiheuttaa vapaaehtoistoiminnan suunnittelulle erityisiä vaatimuksia. \n \nJotta vapaaehtoinen tukihenkilötoiminta Suomen DELFINS ry:ssä olisi laadukasta ja turvallista kaikille, olen tässä kehittämistyössä luonut ammatillisesti ohjatun tukihenkilötoiminnan mallin. Tämän mallin mukaan vastuu tukihenkilötoiminnan ohjaamisesta on entistä vahvemmin yhdistyksellä ja helpottaa näin vapaaehtoistyöntekijän työtä. Ammatillinen koordinointi luo tukevan ja luotettavan rakenteen haastavalle vapaaehtoistyölle. \n \nAmmatillisesti johdetun vapaaehtoistyön mallin olen rakentanut yhteistyössä tilaajan ja useiden muiden asiantuntijoiden kanssa. Mallin kehittämisessä olen käyttänyt benchmarking-menetelmää ja tutustunut järjestöihin, joissa vapaaehtoinen tukihenkilötoiminta on hyvin organisoitua ja toimivaa. Olen myös kerännyt palautetta mallista DELFOI-menetelmää mukaillen. \n \nTässä kehittämistyössä esitetty ammatillisesti johdetun tukihenkilötoiminnan malli luo pohjaa Suomen DELFINS ry:n tukihenkilötoiminnan kehittämiselle. Malli voi toimia myös lisärahoituksen hakemisen perusteena.
