Abstract
Maģistra darba „Sociālais atbalsts mobinga mazināšanai skolā ” darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālo atbalstu, kas tiek izmantots mobinga situāciju mazināšanai skolās. Pētījuma objekts ir sociālo darbinieku, pedagogu, skolas vadības, sociālo pedagogu, psihologu un pusaudžu loma mobinga risināšanā. Sniegt priekšlikumus, praktiskās darbības. Pētījuma objektam ir izvēlēta pusaudžu vecuma grupa. Pusaudžu vecuma skolēni ir būtiska grupa, jo šajā vecumposmā viņi piedzīvo intensīvas fiziskās, emocionālās un sociālās izmaiņas. Šis periods no 10 līdz 16 gadiem ir īpaši jutīgs, jo pusaudži aktīvi mācās izprast savas emocijas, attiecības ar līdzcilvēkiem un apgūst prasmes risināt konfliktus. Darba struktūru veido ievads, teorētiskā daļa ar apakšnodaļām, pētījuma metodoloģija un pētījuma rezultātu analīze. Pētījumā tiek izmantotas krīzes un ekoloģiskās sistēmu teorijas, lai holistiski un padziļināti analizētu mobinga fenomenu skolās. Krīzes intervences teorija sniedz strukturētu pieeju mobinga situāciju risināšanai, piedāvājot efektīvas stratēģijas emocionālā atbalsta sniegšanai. Ekoloģiskās sistēmu teorija ļauj analizēt mobinga problēmu plašākā kontekstā, ņemot vērā dažādus iekšējos un ārējos faktorus, kas ietekmē mobingu izglītības iestādēs. Kombinējot šīs divas teorijas, pētījums sniedz dziļu un holistisku izpratni par mobinga dinamiku skolās un piedāvā praktiskas stratēģijas tā risināšanai. Pētījumā konstatēts, ka mobings skolās ir nopietna problēma, kas negatīvi ietekmē skolēnu labklājību un attīstību. Esošie sociālie atbalsta pasākumi un politikas nav pietiekami efektīvi, tāpēc nepieciešama visaptveroša pieeja. Holistiska pieeja, kas ietver preventīvus pasākumus, aktīvu intervenci un sadarbību, ir nepieciešama efektīvai mobinga mazināšanai skolās, uzlabojot skolas kopienas labklājību un nodrošinot ilgtspējīgu risinājumu.
