Vecāku stress, aleksitīmijas izpausmes un irracionālie nostādņi bērnu ar īpašām vajadzībām mātēm

Abstract
Vecāku stresa rašanās process ir visbiežāk saistīts ar smagi slimo bērnu aprūpi (Carpentieri, Meyer un citi, 2003; Fuemmeler un citi, 2001), atbildība par bērna audzināšanu, viņa integrāciju sociumā, nepieciešamo prasmju apguvi un rehabilitācijas potenciālu gulstas uz māti un tuvāko vidi.\nŠajā pētījumā uzmanība tika pievērsta, trīs nozīmīgākajiem faktoriem – vecāku stresam, aleksitīmijas izpausmei un irracionālajām nostādnēm, mātēm, kas audzina bērnu ar īpašām vajadzībām.\nGrupa sastāvēja no 100 mātēm - 50 mātes, kurām ir bērns ar īpašām vajadzībām un 50 mātes, kurām nav bērnu ar īpašām vajadzībām (kontroles grupa).\nPētījumā tika izmantotas sekojošas metodes: „Vecāku stresa indeksa aptauja” (Parenting Stress Index (PSI), Abidin, 1995), „Toronto Aleksitīmijas skalas revidētā versija TAS – 20” (The Twenty Item Toronto Alexithymia Scale (Bagby, R.M., Parker, J.D.A., & Taylor, G.J., 1994) un Irracionālo nostādņu esamības un izpausmes novērtējums (Irrational Beliefs Invetory Scale) (Ellis, 1984, kā minēts Nikiforofs, 2007).\nPētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka stresa, aleksitīmijas un domāšanas irracionalitātes līmenis augstāks grupā mātēm, kas audzina bērnus ar ierobežotām iespējām. Bērnu ar ierobežotām iespējam mātēm ir pazemināts pašnovērtējums un kopējā stresa-noturība.\nIegūtie dati liecina par nepieciešamību izstrādāt speciālu rehabilitācijas programmu, atbalsta un uzturēšanas programmu mātēm, kas audzina bērnu ar ierobežotām iespējām, tā kā mātes psiholoģiskais stāvoklis tieši ietekmē bērna-invalīda rehabilitācijas potenciālu.\n \nAtslēgas vārdi: bērns ar īpašām vajadzībām, vecāku stress, irracionālās nostādnes, aleksitīmijas izpausmes.
