Abstract
Pengawasan dan pemantauan melalui pemeriksaan langsung di tempat kerja \natau disebut sebagai inspeksi di tempat kerja, mengambil peranan yang penting \ndalam upaya pencegahan terhadap accident/incident yang berujung pada kerugian \nbagi perusahaan. Dalam rangka peningkatan kontrol tersebut, PT Dok dan \nPerkapalan Surabaya (Persero) menerapkan inspeksi terencana yang masuk ke \ndalam program kerja rutin departemen K3 dengan nama Safety Patrol. Inspeksi ini \nbertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ketidaksesuaian terhadap pelaksanaan K3 yang \nada di seluruh area produksi, baik itu berupa tindakan maupun kondisi tidak aman, \nyang mana setiap tahunnya selalu terjadi kecelakaan kerja mulai dari tingkat \nringan hingga berat akibat dari ketidaksesuaian tersebut. \nPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional yang bersifat kualitatif. \nPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan penilaian terhadap \nSafety Patrol berdasarkan elemen inspeksi terencana dalam International Safety \nRating System (ISRS). Wawancara ini dilakukan kepada safety officer PT Dok dan \nPerkapalan Surabaya (Persero). \nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa penilaian umum elemen \ninspeksi terencana terhadap safety patrol di PT Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya \n(Persero) mendapatkan prosentase sebesar 81,7%. Adapun penilaian terhadap \nmasing-masing subelemen antara lain 85,7% pada subelemen inspeksi umum \nterencana, 100% pada subelemen prosedur tindak lanjut, 0% pada subelemen \nanalisa laporan inspeksi dan bagian atau item kritis, 86% pada subelemen \npemeliharaan pencegahan, 100% pada subelemen inspeksi sistem khusus, 90% \npada subelemen inspeksi sebelum penggunaan, 0% pada subelemen pelaporan \nalternatif, serta 60% pada subelemen pemenuhan persyaratan. \nKesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan safety patrol yang ada di PT \nDok dan Perkapalan Surabaya (Persero) dikategorikan baik, sebab telah \nmemenuhi 81,7% dari seluruh kriteria penilaian yang ada pada elemen inspeksi \nterencana berdasarkan ISRS. Penilaian ini akan dapat terpenuhi dengan \nmenerapkan analisa laporan inspeksi, identifikasi bagian atau item kritis, serta \nsistem pelaporan alternatif.
