Athletic Shoulder prófið: Fylgni við Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index á meðal kast- og sveifluíþróttamanna
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Inngangur: Meiðsli í öxl eru algeng meðal íþróttamanna sem stunda kast- og sveifluíþróttir (KS) þar sem axlarliðurinn verður gjarnan fyrir miklu álagi í ystu stöðu hreyfiferilsins. Athletic Shoulder (ASH) prófið er nýlegt mælitæki sem var hannað til að líkja eftir því axlarálagi sem KS íþróttamenn verða fyrir. Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI) er sjálfsmatskvarði sem metur verki og skerðingu á virkni vegna óstöðugleika í öxl. Markmið: Markmið þessarar rannsóknar var að kanna hvort tengsl væru á milli niðurstaðna úr ASH prófinu og niðurstaðna WOSI spurningalistans hjá leikmönnum í handbolta, blaki og badmintoni á Íslandi. Aðferðir: Rannsóknin var megindleg þversniðsrannsókn (n = 70). Hámarkskraftmyndun og hraði kraftmyndunar í öxl voru mæld með ASH prófinu. Þátttakendum var skipt í hópa út frá núverandi axlareinkennum og svöruðu báðir hóparnir WOSI spurningalistanum. Gögn voru greind með Spearman‘s Rho fylgnistuðli og Mann-Whitney U tölfræðiprófinu. Niðurstöður: Marktæk neikvæð fylgni var á milli hámarkskrafts í öllum stöðum ASH prófsins og heildarútkomu á WOSI spurningalistanum hjá þátttakendum með núverandi einkenni í öxl, sérstaklega í T og Y stöðum (T – rs = -0,42, p < 0,001; Y – rs = -0,36, p < 0,001). Marktækur munur fannst einnig á WOSI niðurstöðum milli einkennalausra og þeirra sem voru með núverandi einkenni (p = 0,003 - < 0,001). Ályktun: Niðurstöðurnar gefa til kynna að ASH prófið geti verið gagnlegt matstæki til að meta skerðingar í öxl vegna óstöðugleikaeinkenna hjá KS íþróttamönnum. Sömuleiðis getur það nýst þegar meta þarf hvort KS íþróttamenn geti snúið aftur til æfinga og keppni eftir meiðsli á öxl.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
