Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The rockfill dams are defined as the dams formed by an embankments, where the predominant material is rock. These rockfill structures must contain an impermeable area, which can now be used by applying an impermeable membrane or a concrete cover on the slope of the upstream or by a waterproof clay core.
\nCurrently, Concrete Face Rockfill Dams (CFRD) have been built very frequently, the main factors that determine their choice come to be the inherent stability of their type, optimization over time execution of the dam and facility in a possible regrowth of the dam.
\nIn the present research work an initial approach is established on the behaviour of rockfill material subjected to high confining efforts, then perform the static and pseudo-static analysis of stability on the Toromocho rockfill dam, applying the limit equilibrium method.
\nThe safety factors obtained in the stability analysis of the Toromocho dam are above the minimum permissible values recommended by the Canadian Dam Association (CDA). This gives us understanding that the geometric configuration of the dam, as well as the geotechnical and geomechanical parameters of the materials that make up the dam and the bedrock, satisfy the requirements of physical stability.
\nThe present research also makes a review of the most current criteria of design and construction of rockfill dams with concrete waterproof face.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
