Abstract
La presente investigación cumple con los estándares de calidad exigidos por la ULADECH, tal conformo a los parámetros establecidos para su elaboración, en un nivel explicativo descriptivo y de diseño transversal, Con el objetivo General de analizar y determinar si las sentencias emitidas durante el Proceso Contencioso Administrativo, en primera y segunda instancia sobre Nulidad de resoluciones en el expediente N° 01048-2017-0-0302-JR-CI-01, del Juzgado Civil – Sede Modulo Básico de Justicia de Andahuaylas – Lima, 2019. Con el fin de establecer la calidad, en cuanto a las partes de la resolución (expositiva, considerativa y resolutiva). \nAsimismo, es importante informar que el conflicto, entre las partes radica en un problema de interpretación de puro derecho, dando como resultado del análisis efectuado a las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia. Concluyendo que ambas son de alta calidad.
