Abstract
Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена теме внутри- и внешнеполитического присутствия Канады в Арктике с точки зрения смещения вектора общеканадской политики в сторону арктического региона. В работе рассматриваются правительственные инициативы, направленные на поддержку коренных народов севера, проблемы, связанные с их реализацией, и возможные пути их решения во внутриполитическом измерении, а также анализируется взаимодействие Канады с арктическими государствами на двусторонней основе и многостороннее сотрудничество в рамках развития организаций коренных народов во внешней политике. Автор исследует северные стратегии Канады, обращая особое внимание на их трансформацию, отвечающую потребностям времени, обращается к работам отечественных и иностранных канадоведов для получения достоверной аналитической картины. \nВ работе делается вывод о всестороннем влиянии арктической действительности на внутри- и внешнеполитические составляющие канадской политики. Политика канадского правительства, нацеленная на улучшение качества жизни коренных народов и развитие северных территорий, учитывает ошибки прошлого, способствуя активному вовлечению севера в жизнь канадского общества. Внешнеполитические приоритеты Канады в Арктике иллюстрируют значимость многосторонней кооперации и способствуют выстраиванию с арктическими державами отношений, в большей степени свободных от привычных тенденций двустороннего взаимодействия в мире.
