Abstract
At the age of college students, they will be faced with problems such as achievements that must be achieved and determine the direction of life, there are some individuals who feel happy, excited and also challenged in finding a new way of life, but there are also individuals who feel confused when they have to make new decisions in life so that they experience anxiety, stress, and also emptiness. Individuals who are unable to go through this phase well are expected to experience various psychological problems such as indecision and emotional crisis commonly referred to as quarter life crisis. The Emotional crisis in quarter life crisis that occurs in the form of feelings of helplessness, doubtful in one's own abilities, isolation and fear then anxiety about future failures. The occurrence of quarter life crisis in individuals is certainly influenced by several things including social support. \nThis study aims to determine the effect of family social support on the quarter life crisis of UIN Sunan Kalijaga’s undergraduate students class of 2019. This research uses a quantitative approach (quantitative research). The data used in this study are primary data. The data was obtained from questionnaires that had been distributed to UIN Sunan Kalijaga’s undergraduate students class of 2019. The sample in this study were 98 students. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between family social support and quarter life crisis of UIN Sunan Kalijaga’s undergraduate students class of 2019.
