Dispositif orientant au cours de néerlandais en classe de 6ème qualification

Abstract
Résumé : Suite à une revue de la littérature portant sur lâorientation professionnelle, lâadaptabilité à la carrière et lâapproche orientante, nous avons mis en place, dans le cadre dâun cours de néerlandais, divers modules en vue de sensibiliser les élèves vis-à -vis de leur avenir professionnel. Un dispositif orientant destiné aux élèves scolarisés en sixième secondaire dans lâenseignement qualifiant a été mis en place dans un établissement en région bruxelloise. Par le biais dâune approche quantitative réalisée par un questionnaire, nous avons tenté dâidentifier en trois temps lâimpact du processus au travers les dimensions de lâadaptabilité à la carrière. Cette approche a été complétée par des entretiens semi-directifs et une analyse qualitative visant à affiner et approfondir les résultats. Au terme de ce travail, si lâanalyse quantitative ne met pas en évidence lâimpact du processus orientant sur lâadaptabilité de carrière, lâanalyse qualitative fait ressortir certaines représentations des élèves nous permettant de penser que le dispositif a contribué à une réflexion quant au devenir professionnel.
