Abstract
Kata kunci : DAA adherence, Perceived susceptibility, Perceived severity, perceived benefits, Perceived barriers, self-efficacy, family support, access to health servis. \n \nBackground : Hepatitis C is a health problem in the world including in Indonesia, Indonesia's Hepatitis C prevalence is the third highest (1%) and injecting drug users (IDU) is ranked first (63.5%) in the South-East Asia Regional (SEAR). It’s also the eighth catastrophic disease in Indonesia. The development of Hepatitis C treatment with Direct-Acting Antiviral (DAA) provides a high cure rate and tolerance for patients. This study aimed to examine the application of the Health Belief Model (HMB) on adherence to Direct-Acting Antiviral (DAA) therapy among Hepatitis C patients in Lampung province. Methods : This was a cross sectional study conducted at Dr. H.Abdul Moeloek Hospital, Lampung Province, on December 2022. A total sample of 96 Hepatitis C patients. The dependent variable was DAA adherence. The independent variables were Perceived susceptibility, Perceived severity, Perceived benefits, Perceived barriers, Self efficacy, Family support, Access to health services and knowledge. The data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by a path analysis. Results : Adherence directly increased with Perceived susceptibility (b= 1,421 ; 95% CI= 0,332 to 2,510; p= 0,011), and Family support (b= 1,307; 95% CI= 0,174 to 2,240; p= 0,024), but Perceived severity (p= 0.289), Perceived benefits (p= 0.178), Perceived barriers (p= 0.054) ), Self efficacy (p= 0.316), Access to health services (p= 0.667) were not direct factors affecting adherence. DAA adherence was not indirectly influenced by Knowledge. Conclusion : Perceived susceptibility and Family support directly affect the adherence to DAA therapy. Knowledge was not indirectly affect the adherence to DAA therapy \n Keywords : DAA adherence, health belief model, Path analysis \n

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
