Abstract
Se analiza comparativamente desde un esquema\nestructuralista el componente regulativo y\npolítico acerca de los casos de los alimentos\nmanipulados genéticamente y de los biocombustibles\nbasada en productos agrícolas en\nColombia, Perú, Venezuela y Cuba durante el\nperiodo de estudio 2002-2008. Se determina\nen cuales casos se evidencia un esquema de\ngobernanza y en el cual de gobernabilidad\ntanto ambiental, agrícola y o energética en\naras de determinar en que casos de los cuatro\na comparar se afirman los conceptos de\nsoberanía alimentaria y/o energética\nEn el tema de las políticas a comparar los\nobjetivos son la búsqueda de variables que\nexplique las similitudes y diferencias de\npolíticas publicas relacionadas, en el tema\nde normatividad se toman los formantes\nlegales de los países objeto de estudio en el\nperiodo 2002-2008 con miras a establecer\nrecepciones y transplantes legales asociados\na dichas políticas.\nSe concluye en los casos estudiados la recepción\ncon transplante desde la perspectiva\nambiental de lo establecido en los tratados\nInternacionales sobre la materia a partir\ndel Convenio de Biodiversidad de Rio 92\nasí como del Protocolo de Bioseguridad\nCartagena Montreal. En el tema agrícola\nasociado al biocombustibles se concluye la\nadopción mayoritaria en los casos estudiados\nde un modelo de agro-negocios y en el tema\nenergético un acercamiento al tema de soberanía\nenergética en el caso venezolano y cubano.
