Abstract
La protección del agua es un compromiso de las Instituciones educativas; es importante indicar que existen actividades cotidianas entre los estudiantes como lavarse las manos, tomar agua del grifo, mojarse el cabello, etc. En estas actividades se desperdician litros de agua y gran parte de esta agua es reutilizable, por esta razón cobra importancia el proyecto que pretende implementar un sistema de aguas residuales en este caso en la institución educativa Colegio Ciudad de Montreal. Desde dos puntos de vista: el primero corresponde a la implementación de un sistema de recolección de agua en una institución (inicialmente como prototipo) con miras a realizar su implementación en otras instituciones; El segundo punto de vista corresponde a la trasformación socio cultural, que pretende fomentar cultura en el valor del agua. Este proyecto comprende un desarrollo progresivo que inicia con la implementación del sistema de agua residual y continua con la sensibilización de la comunidad educativa en torno al uso y conservación del agua. Tiene como objetivo principal implementar en el colegio Ciudad de Montreal IED un Sistema Automatizado para la reutilización de aguas residuales domésticas, desarrollado por los estudiantes Carlos Joaquín Daza Ramírez, Juan Sebastián Silva Ávila para obtener el título de ingeniero electrónico de la Universidad central. El proyecto del sistema se integra de manera efectiva con la gestión institucional y propende al mejoramiento ambiental del entorno educativo.
