Quarter life crisis merupakan salah satu tantangan normal yang dihadapi individu pada masa emerging adulthood, dan setiap orang diharapkan mampu melewatinya dengan baik. Namun, demikian tidak semua orang mampu melewati quarter life crisis dengan baik dan di sisi lain menunjukkan persepsi rendahnya dukungan sosial yang diterima oleh individu pada masa tersebut. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis pada masa emerging adulthood di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survei dan dilakukan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta melalui tautan Google Form yang disebarkan oleh peneliti. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 382 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode volunteer sampling dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti yaitu berusia 18-25 tahun dan berdomisili di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Skala Quarter Life Crisis versi Indonesia dengan koefisien reliabilitas α=0,940 dan Skala Dukungan Sosial dengan α=0,904. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap quarter life crisis pada masa emerging adulthood di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan nilai koefisien regresi = -0,285 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p>0,05). Sumbangan efektif sebesar 0,035 atau 3.5% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: quarter life crisis, dukungan sosial, emerging adulthood
