Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In general, fresh graduates as educated people occupy a dynamic position in pursuing their future careers. However, at the age of around 20-29 years and belonging to the early adulthood phase, at this age a person will experience several changes physically, emotionally and cognitively. This research aims to determine the effect of Protean Career Orientation on the Quarter Life Crisis in Fresh Graduates. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this research were 285 fresh graduates with the criteria of having been declared graduates from the university 6 months after receiving their diploma and being 20 - 30 years old. Data were collected using the protean career attitude scale (PCAS) developed by Briscoe & Hall which consists of 14 items (α = 0.9125) and the QLC scale used in this research uses a scale that has been adapted by Alfie which consists of 25 items ( α = 0.924). Data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Then based on the data analysis output there was an R2 value of 0.218, thus the Protean Career Orientation variable had an influence on the Quarter Life Crisis with an influence of 21.8% which was influenced by the independent variables in this research and 78.2% others. Therefore the hypothesis is accepted.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
