Harjoitteluni aikana esille nousi tarve perehdytysoppaalle, joka koskettaisi ainoastaan juuri kyseistä Terveystalon toimipistettä, sillä aikaisempi perehdytysmateriaali painottui suurin osin terveydenhoitohenkilökunnan perehdyttämiseen. \n \nOpinnäytetyöni tarkoituksena oli luoda Terveystalon ostoreskontraan perehdytysopas, jonka avulla uusi työntekijä voi perehtyä ostoreskontran perustehtäviin ja tämän avulla suoriutua itsenäisesti työtehtävistään mahdollisimman nopeasti. Perehdytys on tähän asti hoidettu esimiehen toimesta töiden ohessa sitä mukaan, kun uutta asiaa tuli esille. Työn tuloksena syntynyt perehdytysopas pitää sisällään tietoa niin itse yrityksestä kuin ostoreskontran toiminnastakin. Oppaassa käsitellään pääasiassa työn tekemistä teknisesti, joka mahdollistaa uuden työntekijän itsenäisen työn tekemisen mahdollisimman monipuolisesti. Perehdyttämisopas on helposti päivitettävissä uusien työtehtävien ja yritystietojen osalta. \n \nOlen työskennellyt Terveystalo ostoreskontrassa puolitoista vuotta ja tätä työtä tehdessäni käytin hyväkseni työssä opittuja asioita sekä työtovereideni apua. Työn teoriaosuudessa käsitellään perehdyttämisen merkitystä ja tavoitteita sekä suunnittelua ja vastuuta perehdyttämisestä.
