Abstract
Работа посвящена исследованию особенностей отраслевого лоббизма в Канаде. В качестве объекта исследования выступает взаимодействие государства и бизнеса в Канаде. Актуальность работы обусловлена увеличением роли лоббизма в реализации политических интересов. В первой главе были рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы лоббизма и его основные типологии. Вторая глава посвящена анализу институционализации лоббизма в Канаде и исследованию отраслевого лоббизма на примере асбестовой и табачной промышленности. В результате работы автор приходит к следующим выводам: во-первых, для Канады на сегодняшний день свойственно преобладание внутренних лоббистов, что говорит об ориентации компаний на долгосрочные перспективы и гарантированное продвижение своих интересов в определенной отрасли. Во-вторых, институт Хризотила являлся самым влиятельным институтом в борьбе за сохранение использования асбеста, так как использовал поддержку международного сообщества, министерства природных ресурсов и долгосрочную финансовую помощь правительства Канады. В-третьих, существует налаженное взаимодействие правительства и табачных производителей, которое выражается в спонсировании избирательных кампаний крупными игроками табачной отрасли. В-четвертых, канадские лоббисты способны определять вектор развития политики государства.
