Yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde kalan prematüre bebeklerin ailelerine verilen çevrim içi eğitimin motor ve sosyal gelişime etkisi

Abstract
Amaç: Çalışmamız yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde (YYBB) kalan prematüre bebeklerin ebeveynlerine verilen bakım, motor ve sosyal gelişimi içeren çevrimiçi eğitim programının bebeklerin motor ve sosyal iletişim gelişim düzeylerine ve annelerinin stres düzeylerine etkisini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, 32. hafta veya altında doğan ve Kartal Lütfi Kırdar Şehir Hastanesi YYBÜ’de kalan 73 prematüre bebek ve ailesi dahil edildi. Çalışma, çevrimiçi eğitim alan 33 olgu ve eğitim almayan 40 olgu ile tamamlandı. Olgular, düzeltilmiş yaş olarak 6 aylık olduklarında Alberta İnfant Motor Skalası (AİMS), Sosyal İletişim Alan Gelişim Tarama Testi (SİATT) ve Anne-Baba Stres Ölçeği-Kısa Formu ile (ABSÖ-KF) değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Çevrim içi eğitim grubundaki (ÇEG) infantlar, kontrol grubuna (KG) kıyasla AİMS’e göre daha yüksek motor gelişim düzeyine sahip bulunmuş (p=0,031) ve ÇEG gurubundaki ebeveynler de daha düşük stres düzeyine (p=0,038) sahip olarak bulunmuştur. Her iki grubun sosyal iletişim alan gelişimi arasında üstünlük saptanmamıştır (p=0,354), Sonuçlar: Çevrimiçi eğitim, prematüre bebeklerin motor gelişim düzeyini artırmada ve ebeveynlerin stres düzeylerini azaltmada etkili bulunmuş ancak sosyal iletişim alanda gruplar arasında bir fark bulunmamıştır. Programın prematüre bebek ve ailelerini desteklemek için sağlık hizmetlerine direkt ulaşılamadığı durumlarda kullanılabilecek kolay ve yararlı bir yöntem olarak kullanılabileceğini düşünmekteyiz
