Violence in privacy, Gender and Human Rights: expressions of youth in educational context

Abstract
Resumo: Em contextos de violações e relações abusivas, analisar as violências nas relações de intimidade, com recorte geracional sob a perspectiva dos Direitos Humanos e de gênero, é o foco central. O tema tem alcançado visibilidade, nos níveis social e científico, sendo considerado como um problema e umas das urgências atuais, pelo impacto decorrente nas manifestações e consequências. Portanto, mapear ocorrências violentas nas relações de intimidade de/entre jovens, ademais de elencar os principais elementos jurídicos de proteção e defesa, à luz da literatura compõe escopo do artigo. Como delineamento metodológico, a pesquisa foi realizada com jovens, de ambos os sexos, na faixa etária de 16 a 24 anos, matriculados em escolas públicas de médio porte dos municípios baianos (Salvador e Feira de Santana). Utilizou-se como instrumento “Percurso Amoroso de Jovens\PAJ” (original do Canadá - Parcour amoreux des jeunes), versão brasileira, para operacionalizar a abordagem qualitativa (entrevistas – questões subjetivas). Concluiu-se a necessidade de investimentos eficazes, sensibilizando contextos familiares e educacionais (prevenção e informação), de diferentes setores sociais para a importância de relacionamentos íntimos entre jovens. Outros resultados sinalizam a construção de projetos baseados na conscientização e na educação para e pelos Direitos das juventudes, informando, compreendendo e evitando relacionamentos abusivos.
