Abstract
Tämän opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajina on Finanssialan Keskusliitto sekä Rakennus-, LVI- ja kiinteistöalan henkilöpätevyydet FISE Oy, joiden käyttöön on tuotettu materiaalia yleisistä rakennusvirheistä. \n \nPäättötyöni tavoitteena oli koostaa tietoa rakennusvirhe-käsitteestä suunnittelun, työsuoritteen ja rakennusfysiikan näkökulmista sekä selventää rakennusfysiikan perusilmiöitä. Päättötyöni rajautuu kosteuteen liittyviin ongelmiin rakennuksen vaipparakenteissa ja märkätiloissa. Lisäksi olen työstänyt FISE Oy:n ylläpitämään rakennusvirhepankkiin virhekortteja vahinkotarkastajien listauksen perusteella. \n \nTämän opinnäytetyön lähdemateriaalina on käytetty Suomen ympäristöministeriön antamia ohjeita ja määräyksiä rakennusten kosteudenhallinnassa sekä Suomen Rakennusinsinöörien Liiton RIL Ry:n julkaisemia ohjeita muun muassa rakennusten veden- ja kosteuseristyksissä. Lisäksi työssä on hyödynnetty rakennusfysiikkaa käsittelevää kirjallisuutta ja rakennusvirheitä käsitteleviä verkkosivustoja. \n \nVakuutustarkastajien listauksen perusteella tuottamani viisi rakennusvirhekorttia yleisesti toistuvista virheistä, julkaistaan FISE Oy:n ylläpitämässä rakennusvirhepankissa. \n \nRakennusvirhekortit: \n– Alapohjan kosteuden poisto ei toimi \n– Kapillaarisen kosteuden pääsy alapohjarakenteisiin \n– Perusmuurin puutteellinen vedeneristys \n– Piilosokkelirakenne \n– Puutteellinen salaojitus
