ميزان مشارکت اجتماعی، موانع و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان شهر تهران

Abstract
مقدمه: افزايش جمعيت سالمندان يک بحران است. بازنشستگی از کار و محدوديت فعاليت های اجتماعی مشکلی است که سالمندان با آن روبرو هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين ميزان مشارکت اجتماعی، موانع و عوامل مرتبط با آن در سالمندان شهر تهران صورت پذيرفته است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر يک مطالعه توصيفی-همبستگی است که بر روی 330 سالمند بالای 60 سال حاضر در پارک های مناطق مختلف شهر تهران در سال 1392 صورت پذيرفته است. در اين پژوهش سالمندان به پرسشنامه های مشخصات فردی و " پرسشنامه مشارکت اجتماعی طرح بررسی سلامت جامعه کانادا" Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS) –Social Participation" پاسخ دادند. تجزيه وتحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 20 انجام شد. يافته ها: ميانگين نمره مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان (30/4±) 96/15بود. 7/37 درصد از سالمندان تمايلی برای شرکت در فعاليت های اجتماعی نداشتند. مهمترين عوامل شامل هزينه ها (36 درصد)، بيماری (30 درصد) و مشکلات رفت و آمد (3/27 درصد) بود. سالمندان با سن پايين تر، مذکر، متاهل، دارای تحصيلات دانشگاهی و با تعداد فرزندان کمتر بطور معنی داری مشارکت اجتماعی بهتری داشتند (05/0>P). نتيجه گيری: طبق يافته های مطالعه حاضر ميزان مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان پايين گزارش شد. لذا تدوين برنامه های جامع و عملياتی به منظور افزايش درآمد، مديريت بيماری ها و رفع مشکلات رفت و آمدی سالمندان با در نظر گرفتن ساير عوامل مرتبط برای بهبود وضعيت مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان پيشنهاد می گردد. http://jhpm.ir/browse.php?a_id=346&sid=1&slc_lang=fa
