Abstract
El objetivo de este proyecto es la ampliación del Polígono Industrial AR-SECTOR-I3 basándonos en el anterior proyecto, donde se urbanizaba un área de 21,6 ha. En el actual se urbaniza la superficie total del sector, proporcionando al municipio de Zas un área con los servicios suficientes para que se pueda seguir industrializando el ayuntamiento de una forma ordenada mediante un parque empresarial. El ámbito se encuentra en una zona del término municipal muy vinculada al uso industrial, situado al lado de la carretera AC-404 y en las inmediaciones de los sectores AR-Sector-I1 Polígono O Allo e AR-Sector-I2 Polígono Os Muíños, AR-Sector-I4 Polígono O Pombal e AR-Sector-T As Cadenas definidos en el PGOM y situados a lo largo de la carretera AC-552. Según la ficha de Área de Reparto del PGOM de Zas presenta como superficie aproximadamente 37,4Ha que, por su situación, posee una buena comunicación gracias a sus accesos desde la AC-404 y especialmente desde la AC-552 y su conexión la futura Vía de Alta capacidad Carballo-Berdoias. Se divide el área en 60 parcelas de uso industrial, zonas verdes, aparcamiento y zona para equipamientos cumpliendo las dotaciones mínimas exigidas por la normativa oportuna. El área empresarial estará dotada de sus correspondientes servicios tales como, viales con aceras, abastecimiento de agua, saneamiento, red eléctrica y alumbrado y telefonía.
