La historia sin fin de la deuda externa representa para Argentina una situación muy compleja. Por un lado, la fragilidad de los planes de estabilización cuyo objetivo fue finiquitar la inflación y el déficit público; por el otro, el desenvolvimiento del endeudamiento externo está relacionado con las privatizaciones de la década de los noventa. Por tanto, La renegociación de la deuda externa con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMJ) y la evaluación de las privatizaciones son temas prioritarios en el desenvolvimiento de la crisis financiera. Posterior al default del 2001 se han firmado varias cartas de intención y memorandos sobre políticas económicas y financieras entre el Ministerio de Economía, el Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) y el FML Estos han establecido como antelación garantizar la estabilidad de la moneda y los pagos oportunos del servicio de la deuda externa con el FMI.\nEl objeto de este artículo es profundizar la articulación en el circuito monetario internacional expresado en la contratación de la deuda externa. En segundo lugar, la historia sin fin de los procesos de endeudamiento externo. Tercero, los acuerdos firmados entre el FMI con el ministerio de economía y el BCRA que asumen un compromiso social y político con la sociedad resultado de la perturbación que ocasionaron las medidas monetarias que llevaron a la enorme contratación de empréstitos en el extranjero.\n
