Abstract
El objetivo fue determinar cómo el control previo influye en la gestión de tesorería del Instituto Geológico Minero y Metalúrgico 2020. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental de corte transversal, de nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo representada por 52 servidores del Instituto Geológico Minero y Metalúrgico. Entre los resultados se tiene que, para el 36,5% de los servidores en el instituto no se promueve el ambiente de control por parte de los responsables. Según el 42,3% no siempre se cumple con la gestión de riesgos en la oficina de administración. El 36,5% de los servidores indicaron que en el Instituto no siempre se cumple con la evaluación del riesgo. Asimismo, para el 34,6% en la oficina de administración del instituto, no siempre se desarrollan actividades de control previo. Para el 46,1%, en el instituto no siempre se promueven las políticas de control previo. Según el 46,2% de los servidores, la información y comunicación no siempre se distribuye de manera correcta. El 48,1% también expresó que, el Instituto, no siempre comunica las deficiencias encontradas mediante control previo. El 34,6% expresaron que, la gestión de recursos directamente recaudados del instituto es regular. Para el 23,1%, la gestión de ingresos en el Instituto es regular. Por otro lado, según el 30,8%, el mecanismo de apoyo financiero temporal del instituto también es regular. Para el 40,4%, el registro de devengados de la oficina de administración no es eficiente. El control previo podría influir en la gestión de tesorería del Instituto Geológico Minero y Metalúrgico.
