Diz osteoartritli hastalarda farklı egzersiz dozajlarının egzersize bağlılık, ağrı ve fonksiyonelliğe etkisi

Abstract
ÖZETAmaç: Bu çalışma ile diz osteoartriti tedavisinde farklı egzersiz dozajlarının, egzersize bağlılık, ağrı ve fonksiyonel sonuçlara etkisini araştırmak hedeflenmiştir.Gereç ve yöntem: Çalışmaya dahil edilme kriterlerini sağlayan 52 kişi basit randomizasyon yöntemi ile iki eşit gruba ayrılarak çalışmaya dahil edildi. Birinci gruba düşük dozajlı ev egzersiz gruba yüksek dozajlı ev egzersiz uygulandı. Katılımcılardan toplam 12 hafta ev egzersizi yapmaları istendi. Katılımcıların ağrı düzeyleri Vizüel Analog Skalası (VAS), fonksiyonellikleri Western Ontario ve McMaster Üniversiteleri Osteoartrit İndeksi 3.1 (WOMAC) ve zamanlı kalk yürü testleri, kinezyofobileri TAMPA Kinezyofobi Ölçeği (TAMPA), egzersize bağlılıkları ise egzersiz günlüğü ve egzersize bağlılık anketi (EBA) ile değerlendirildi.Bulgular: 6. haftadan itibaren ev egzersizlerine bağlılık hem düşük dozajlı ev egzersizi grubunda hem de yüksek dozajlı ev egzersizi grubunda azalmaktadır (p<0,05). Egzersiz dozajı, egzersize bağlığı etkilememektedir (p=0,190). Ev egzersizleri ile ağrı ve kinezyofobi zaman içinde azalmaktadır(p<0,05). Düşük dozajlı ev egzersizi eklem sertliği haricinde bütün fonksiyonellik ölçümlerinde istatistiksel anlamlı fark ortaya koymaktadır (p<0,05).Sonuç: Ev egzersiz programının egzersiz dozajı ne olursa olsun ağrı ve kinezyofobiyi azaltmada etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma bulguları düşük dozajlı ev egzersizi programını fonksiyonel sonuçlar bakımından daha üstün olması sebebiyle desteklemektedir.
