HUBUNGAN KEMATANGAN EMOSI DENGAN KUALITAS PERSAHABATAN PADA REMAJA AKHIR

Abstract
Kualitas persahabatan dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor kematangan emosi dalam diri seseorang yang menentukan kualitas dari persahabatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan kualitas persahabatan pada remaja akhir. Subjek pada penelitian ini sebanyak 393 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik Incidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kematangan emosi Parveen (2015) dan kualitas persahabatan menggunakan McGill Friendship Questionnaire dari Mendelson \n(2012). Skala ini yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert yang dimodifikasi dalam bentuk empat alternatif jawaban. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang antara kematangan emosi dengan \nkualitas persahabatan pada remaja akhir dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0.245 dengan p sebesar 0.000 ( p < 0.01) dan hipotesis diterima. Sumbangsih \nefektif dari variabel kematangan emosi terhadap kualitas persahabatan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 6% artinya untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas persahabatan dibutuhkan kematangan emosi.Kata Kunci: Kematangan Emosi, Kualitas Persahabatan,Remaja Akhir.
